Noé International is a faith based non-profit public charity that supports and operates the NOE Center in Morelia, Mexico; a safe place where children are given educational opportunities through a number of life-changing before and after school programs. Located in a working class neighborhood, the NOE Center integrates the love and teachings of Christ into dynamic educational and recreational programs.

The purpose of the NOE Center is to foster godly character, a positive self-concept, academic excellence, creative expression, recreational skills, and social responsibility in the young people of Mexico, to encourage them to become active citizens with a vision for their community.

This is a big year for the NOE Center and we need everyone on board! The 2900 square foot building that is being constructed this year is designed to offer all our program in a much poorer part of Morelia. Already, people are pitching in! The Mexican government's 3 X 1 grant will result in a total of $50,000. A key supporter has given $15,000. We are within $20,000 of the total needed ($130,000) to complete phase I of our classrooms.
